| Brownie is a year and three months old. He is a pup of my rescue dog. I still call him pup because he is in the terrible 2 phase especially with the lack of training. He is an awesome dog I gave him away to a friend of a friend a year ago. According to the conditions I was described as he was outside 24/7 while 3 other dogs lived inside at the same home I feel it has messed him up...He feels he has to fight for attention especially with other dogs So he is dog agressive and has to be dominant. he was in a litter of 9 and he was by far one of the cutest. I do feel with the right training and environment he can easily re conform to being a great loving pet. All of his siblings and mother are overly loving and need to run because they have high energy. I have had him back for 3 months now and he has slowly progressed from the complete mess he was when I got him back. The only problem I have is trying to find him a forever home he just needs the patience and guidance and love of a single person or couple that will love him like he should be. The only reason I can't keep him is that he makes 6 dogs in a tiny 2 bedroom house I am also looking to find a new home for his sister... but they do not get along so they need to go seperatley. The environment at my house is not good for him either there is just too much going on and he's not getting the one one time he needs. They have also developed that pack mentality. I would love to stay in contact as I do have his mother and some siblings. When their mother had her litter I wanted to ensure they got good homes but out of the 8 I didn't keep 4 have come back to me in one way or another. So I don't want him to bounce from home to home for the rest of his life. |
